An investigation continued into the cause of death of the two people whose bodies were removed from the charred rubble Wednesday morning and taken to the Washoe County medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
Officials: 2 bodies in Reno home destroyed by fire
Authorities say the bodies of two people have been found in the rubble of an upscale home that burned and partially collapsed after sheriff's deputies tried to serve an eviction notice. The Washoe County sheriff's office says a SWAT team used a robot to locate the two bodies in the house in Reno. The identities of the dead people haven't been made public.

Sheriff's deputies responding to a dispute at a northern Nevada home said they discovered that a man sharing the house with his mother was growing marijuana plants in his closet. Washoe County Sheriff's Deputy Armando Avina said officers responded to a home late Friday to investigate a dispute between a woman and her son and smelled marijuana. Avina said deputies found three large marijuana plants, lamps and fertilizer.
