With predictable expenses and revenues coming in from the same sources as in 2010, the proposed 2011 Bossier Parish Police Jury budget will be similar to last year's budget, according to Sheryl Thomas, parish treasurer. The most significant change to the proposed $100 million budget is the addition of a $4 million consolidated water and sewer district fund that will pay expenses and salaries of the district's director of utilities and one future employee, she said.
