Family of four displaced by fire in Portsmouth
PORTSMOUTH Four people were displaced by a fire this morning at an apartment building in the 700 block of Dinwiddie St. Some firefighters who were in the area saw the blaze and reported it about 8:30 a.m., said Capt. Paul Hoyle, fire spokesman. The firefighters began fighting the flames, which were limited mostly to the outside of the back of the building.
